Marcela e Luiz | Casamento no Ristorante Amici | Ribeirão Preto

Recebemos um email da Marcela e do Luiz perguntando se ainda estávamos disponíveis na data do casamento deles (que acabou mudando) e pedindo um orçamento. Depois recebemos um email dos dois falando que eles queriam bater o martelo na data, com um pequeno detalhe os dois estavam morando em Londres há alguns anos, estariam no Brasil por pouquíssimos dias para se casar, e já embarcariam para começar uma nova etapa juntos no Canadá, então todo o processo seria feito de longe.

Foi uma oportunidade tão legal poder pensar em um casamento como algo além de um casamento, mas como uma grande reunião de pessoas que não se viam há algum tempo. Quem já morou fora sabe que poucos meses longe já são o suficiente para a saudade apertar dos dois lados, tanto de quem está longe quanto de quem fica, e por mais que você visite seu lugar de origem com frequência, essa ausência é algo difícil. Enquanto eles estiveram fora, crianças nasceram e novos casais se formaram, então foi algo especial ver tanta coisa nova acontecendo e o resultado de toda essa saudade somada com a felicidade do momento do casamento em uma só festa.

Foi só lá que ficamos sabendo que os noivos fizeram os próprios convites e papelaria do casamento, se inspirando nesse momento especial que os levaria para o Canadá (e nos seus apelidos engraçados), que acabou criando uma união entre toda a decoração e deu esse toque de personalidade em tudo.

Mixirica e Pinto, parabéns por ter conseguido organizar algo tão bonito mesmo de tão longe. Sabemos que já é algo difícil estando perto de casa, e nem conseguímos imaginar como foi difícil sabendo que vocês tinham uma super mudança (de vida) para fazer enquanto plajenavam o casamento. E parabéns em especial por conseguir manter vivo isso que vocês tem juntos, em qualquer continente!

<3 -- We got an email from Marcela and Luiz asking if by any chance we were still available for their wedding date (which ended up changing). Soon after our first email, we got an email from them saying that they had decided on us being there with them, but there was one small "but"- they had been living in London for a few years, would only be in Brazil for a few days so they could get married and would be moving to Canada soon after that, so we'd have to get everything done over the internet, including us "meeting". It was such a nice opportunity to be able to think of a wedding as something other than a wedding, but as a great reunion of people that had not seen each other for a while. Those who have lived abroad probably know that just a few months away are enough for both the people who are living abroad and those who stayed behind to start missing each other, and no matter how often you come back "home" to visit, that absence is always a difficult thing to deal with. While they were "away" new kids were born and friends had become couples, so it was really something special to see so many new things happening and the coming together of all that happiness that comes with a wedding along with the fact of their homecoming - all of this happening at the same time. It wasn't until we got there on their wedding day that we found out that the bride and groom themselves had designed their own invitations and stationery for the weddings, drawing inspiration from this moment in time when they were getting ready to move to Canda (along with their funny nicknames), which ended up tying everything together when it came to their day. <3 This is how it went down:
